One of the biggest compliments we can receive is when our clients would like to hire one of our associates! Temporary to hire positions are a great alternative for hiring managers to determine that the candidates fit the organization and the organization fits the candidates.
Casey Accounting & Finance Resources provides contingency-based search services to assist you with your needs for professional staff. After working directly with our client to develop the specific guidelines for the position, an extensive search is done to locate candidates who match the search criteria. The Direct Hire Fee Agreement is based on a percentage of the first year earnings and payment is due for our services only on the completion of hiring one of our candidates. Contingent searches have an unconditional guarantee period of thirty days.
Casey Accounting & Finance Resources provides services on a dedicated search basis to assist you with your needs for executive level staff. With our high level of expertise in the Human Resources field, we create an extensive search plan customized for your needs to ensure that we identify, evaluate, attract and secure the best talent available in a timely and thorough manner. After working directly with our client to develop specific guidelines for the position, an extensive search is done to locate qualified candidates for the position. Working on a dedicated search basis, we are able to expand our search and provide open discussions on the advantages of candidates coming to work for your organization. The Dedicated Search Fee Agreement is divided into two installments at the beginning and the end of the placement process. The upfront payment to begin the search is nonrefundable, and the remaining fee is due only upon hiring of one of our candidates.
