Our client located in Batavia, IL is looking for a Temporary AP Clerk!

Responsibilities include entering most types of transactions into major production systems that process significant accounting transactions to vendors or employees in accordance with policies and procedures. International and Domestic wire preparation. Research discrepancies and reconcile travel vouchers. Sort, distribute, deliver, faxes, sends, and emails standard correspondence and mail. Provide support to employees outside the department by responding to requests or questions specific to their area of assignment. Performs cash handing responsibilities, including recording and balancing, as assigned. Communicates with vendors and employees on issues relating to payments, credits, refunds, or proper approvals. Run reports to verify accuracy of information. Prepares moderately complex account reconciliations and prepares and enters simple journal entries into the General Ledger. 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience with large enterprise accounting systems (Oracle experience a plus).
