Our client located in Rolling Meadows, IL is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join their team.
Ideal candidate will follow-up on ongoing product installations; report missing parts and communicate technical issues to relevant parties. Update price, costs, and quotation templates in Configure-Price-Quote system. Approve payments for invoices received. Obtain and provide technical information to sales department, ancillary equipment vendors and dealers. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar is preferred. 2+ years of purchasing or sales administration experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Business level Japanese is a plus! Must have working experience utilizing Oracle or SAP for similar ERP for purchasing.
